FMS AG is hiring a Packaging Materials Technologist / Machine Operator to independently set up, configure, operate, and monitor die-cutting, lamination, and gluing systems for cardboard and paper packaging production. The role includes process preparation, quality inspections, troubleshooting, production optimization, equipment maintenance, and process improvement, with a weekly rotating two-shift schedule. Candidates need packaging materials technologist training or a comparable qualification, at least three years of packaging-industry experience, knowledge of die-cutting, gluing, and lamination technologies, and good German skills.
