Sequel Wire and Cable is hiring a full-time Packaging Operator for its Low Voltage Division in Argos, Indiana. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role packages, labels, inspects, documents, and prepares finished wire and cable products for shipment; operates packaging and material-handling equipment; and supports inventory, quality control, safety, and continuous improvement. The position offers starting pay of $20.00 per hour, a $1.50 per hour night-shift premium, and a flexible rotating schedule covering day and night shifts, weekends, and overtime. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and prior packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse experience are required, while forklift and overhead-cranes experience is desired.
