DHL Supply Chain Contract Packaging is hiring a Packaging Operations Manager to lead primary and secondary packaging operations in its Washington, D.C. contract packaging solution. The role manages supervisors, production planning, staffing, supplies and equipment, efficiency and labor planning, customer communications, safety, quality, reporting, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires 3 years of industry experience in packaging or related manufacturing operations and 2–4 years of supervisory or management experience; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. The position offers a national salary range of $72,000–$85,000, with California and Washington ranges of $75,000–$95,000 and $77,968.80–$95,000 respectively, plus medical, dental, vision, prescription, stock purchase, 401K, and paid time off benefits.
