Description
The Packaging Operator reports to the Packaging Supervisor and operates, sets up, cleans, and maintains packaging and manufacturing equipment in a cGMP environment. The role includes preparing and documenting production steps, handling and calculating raw materials, performing basic maintenance, training new employees, and following safety and quality procedures. It requires a high school diploma or GED, basic mathematical and mechanical skills, attention to detail, the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and a willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
