The Packaging Operator performs basic shipping tasks, including processing skid, full-length, and small-package orders; packing small parts boxes; palletizing or banding panels; and operating packaging equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior experience packing products in a fast-paced environment, English proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work for a 10- or 12-hour day. One or more years of production or manufacturing packing experience is preferred.
