Description
The Packaging Operator will operate and monitor automated packaging equipment, maintain product quality under HACCP standards, troubleshoot and perform first-line maintenance, coordinate with production teams, record quality measurements, and identify process improvements. The role requires MBO-level technical education, experience with automated packaging or production lines, strong problem-solving and technical skills, and availability for a five-shift schedule. It offers a gross monthly salary of €2,900–€3,400 including shift allowance, with a temporary appointment intended to progress to a permanent contract and additional benefits.
