Description
The Packaging Operator will work a five-shift schedule at a plastic-film production site in the Sittard region, operating and setting up packaging machines, performing quality checks, reporting malfunctions, carrying out minor maintenance and cleaning, recording production data, and handing over work to the next shift. The role requires MBO-level working ability, prior operator or comparable experience, willingness to work the five-shift schedule, Dutch proficiency, accuracy, responsibility, and technical problem-solving skills. Compensation starts at €3,700 gross per month, with shift allowances, bonuses, vacation, holiday pay, pension, and travel reimbursement.
