Description
The Packaging Operator safely and efficiently operates automated packaging equipment, records product and packaging information, monitors quality and productivity, troubleshoots minor equipment issues, maintains a clean work area, and supports production goals and KPIs. The role may also support Production Forklift Driver and Packaging Associate duties as needed. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of warehouse or packaging experience, at least one year of forklift experience, basic computer skills, English proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a noisy, temperature-variable environment.
