Description
The employer is hiring a packaging-line operator for breakfast cereals. After internal training, the role involves independently starting up, setting, adjusting, and converting automated packaging machines; monitoring weight, metal detection, and film; directing line employees; resolving technical malfunctions; and providing internal consultation. Candidates need initial production experience, machine-conversion and adjustment experience, hands-on repair ability, stress resistance, and results orientation. The position follows a two-shift schedule from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., or a fixed night shift from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., and offers market-rate salary and training opportunities.
