Description
The Packaging Operator maintains product and packaging quality, operates and troubleshoots packaging equipment, performs setup, sanitation, and preventive maintenance, and supports food-safety and quality activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, teamwork, independent work, communication, and certifications for lockout/tagout and forklift operations; manufacturing experience is preferred. The work involves standing, lifting, handling products, and exposure to allergens, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
