ANI Pharmaceuticals is hiring Packaging Operators at three levels—Operator I, II, and III—to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging in a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities include material handling, equipment setup, operation, cleaning, sanitation, documentation, product inspection, and, for higher levels, independent equipment operation, troubleshooting, and mentoring. The roles require a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, teamwork, and attention to detail; experience requirements vary by level. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $26.00 per hour depending on level and experience, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
