Description
The Packaging Production Operator will independently start up and prepare the packaging department, set up and troubleshoot packaging machines, conveyor belts, and printers, supply materials, follow and adjust production schedules, distribute tasks, coordinate the team, guide new employees, and monitor hygiene, safety, and quality compliance. The role works a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with early and late shifts, and offers a prospect of a permanent position after an interim period.
