Description
The Blisters 1st Shift Packaging Operator operates, sets up, troubleshoots, and maintains bagging machines, case packers, Ishida scales, printers, and related packaging equipment in a vitamin, mineral, and supplement manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for production efficiency, batch records, finished-product quality, material handling, waste control, safety procedures, and reporting. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of machine-operator experience outside SCN BestCo or three months as a machine operator at SCN BestCo, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and basic computer and mathematical skills.
