Description
The Autonomous Maintenance Technician independently operates and maintains at least one process, equipment, or system using autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance standards. The role supports safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets by following standard work processes, reporting losses, and collaborating with coaching and cross-functional teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic manufacturing or food-production experience, English communication skills, and the ability to use basic hand tools; the position works the night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and pays $24.73 per hour.
