Hamilton Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team in the Injection Molding Production area. This role involves operating a forklift or pallet jack, accurately pulling orders, assisting with transporting and loading/unloading materials, maintaining component counts, coordinating with Material Handlers, organizing the pack-out area, assembling and testing products according to procedures, setting up machinery, using test equipment like calipers, and assisting in training new employees. The position is on the swing shift.
