Description
The Packaging Operator will pack a variety of products according to customer specifications on a first-shift schedule from Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with possible overtime during the week and on weekends. Duties include reviewing work orders, inspecting products and packaged goods, weighing and counting product, loading and monitoring packaging machines, placing product in boxes, applying labels, and completing paperwork. The role requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, basic reading, writing, and math skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. The base rate is $15.25 per hour, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to loud noise.
