The Packaging Operator will organize and start up packaging and production lines, monitor processes and respond to malfunctions, ensure product quality, support and guide production-floor employees, promote teamwork, and clean machinery and the production environment according to hygiene regulations. The role requires knowledge of packaging-line machinery, strong hygiene and communication skills, independent responsibility, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
