Description
The Packaging Operator independently sets up and operates vertical form-fill-seal machines, carton erectors, and combination weighers; performs maintenance and preventive servicing; sets up thermal transfer printing systems; coordinates logistics; and operates a forklift for internal transportation. The role requires technical understanding, manual dexterity, careful independent work, teamwork, and willingness to work a two-shift system. A forklift license is preferred, and the employer offers performance-based pay, training, a pension plan, bicycle leasing, free drinks, and special payments.
