Description
The Packaging Operator will work in a 2-shift system in Ghent, operating and converting filling and packaging machines, performing minor technical interventions, supporting polyvalent employees, and carrying out quality and safety checks. The role requires mechanical insight, teamwork, hygiene and quality awareness, and Dutch proficiency. It is a full-time 38-hour position with interim agency placement, possible 6-month contract, and potential permanent contract, offering gross hourly pay of €16.22–€17.98, a shift premium, meal vouchers, training, and job security.
