Description
The Packaging Operator operates, sets up, and converts packaging machines; monitors the packaging process and product quality; resolves minor technical malfunctions; replenishes materials; records production data; and maintains a safe and organized workplace. The role follows a three-shift schedule of 37.5–40 hours per week and offers up to €3,500 gross per month, including shift allowance, along with vacation, pension, travel reimbursement, training, and a prospect of permanent employment.
