Description
Lesaffre is hiring a Packaging Operator for its Biospringer team to monitor and operate up to two packaging equipment lines, ensure dried food products meet specifications, perform sanitation and quality controls, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and support other departments as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or three years of similar experience, forklift certification, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and the ability to work a 6 AM–6 PM rotational schedule. Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging processes is preferred.
