Description
The Tactical/Copack Area Line Lead operates packaging lines according to customer specifications and quality standards, oversees assigned associates, documents quality checks, and supports training and cross-training. The role includes packaging products, testing product mix and labeling, maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, performing lockout/tagout and basic equipment adjustments, and meeting the duties of a Packaging Operator II. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
