Synergy Flavors, part of Carbery Group, is hiring a Liquid Packing Operator Second Shift to package flavor batches in a food and beverage production environment in Wauconda, Illinois. The role works onsite in Operations, supporting batch compounders by packaging powders, spray dry products, liquids, emulsions, and extracts, while following food safety, quality, sanitation, labeling, documentation, and safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience, basic math, attention to detail, RF scanner use, forklift/PPE compliance, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The job pays $17 per hour for second shift Monday through Friday.
