Description
Lactalis is hiring a Packaging Operator III in Nampa, Idaho to operate and maintain packaging machinery, manage product changes and machine setups, support high-volume line flow, perform sanitation, and take corrective action for product quality issues. The role also contributes to process improvement, audits, and compliance with ISO22000, ISO9001, and HACCP systems. A high school diploma or GED and previous food industry or food manufacturing experience are preferred, along with basic math, attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
