Description
The Packaging Team Leader for the Night Shift supervises the packaging department, leads 5–7 operators and 10–15 production workers, works hands-on on the line, checks labels and traceability, handles minor machine issues, and maintains hygiene and safety standards. The role requires production and team-leadership experience, technical aptitude, strong Dutch and English communication, and availability for fixed night hours. The early shift runs 05:00–13:30 and the late shift 13:30–22:00, with no weekend work; compensation includes meal vouchers and training opportunities.
