Description
Stabilus USA is hiring a Packaging Process Engineer for its U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Gastonia, North Carolina. The role coordinates packaging solutions across suppliers, customers, and internal teams; manages packaging data, SAP records, customer portals, label programs, and packaging drawings; leads process improvement, cost reduction, new-product packaging introductions, training, and cross-functional support; and may travel to customers and other Stabilus operations. The position requires a relevant technical bachelor's degree, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to coordinate across manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and program management.
