The Packaging, Production, and Dry-cured Meat Production Manager is responsible for overseeing packaging, production, and dry-cured meat areas, leading and developing employees, ensuring efficient and compliant production, and coordinating with Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Maintenance. The role requires food-industry training, several years of food-production management experience, knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The position is based in Frastanz, Austria, with a minimum gross salary of €3,200.
