Description
The employer is hiring a motivated operator to work three shifts in Deinze at an international family-owned pet-food company. After an extensive three-month training period, the role involves independently setting up filling lines for small and large packages, monitoring production and quality, processing production and packaging data, communicating with the production manager, and managing materials and stock. Candidates should be eager to learn, comfortable using a PC, speak and understand Dutch well, and have operator experience. The position offers an hourly wage of €18.64 excluding shift premium, meal vouchers after six months, insurance after permanent employment, and 39 hours per week.
