Description
The Packaging Production Operator operates pallet centering, auto banding, two-stage banding, conveying, and stretch-wrapping equipment in a corrugated packaging manufacturing environment. The role includes loading and protecting customer products, programming banding software, maintaining dunnage inventories, troubleshooting equipment, monitoring output quality, and communicating repairs or issues to maintenance or supervisors. A high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and willingness to work overtime are required; packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred. The position pays $21.03 per hour and includes vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) benefits.
