Description
The Packaging Production Operator operates pallet centering, auto banding, conveying, and stretch-wrapping equipment in a corrugated packaging manufacturing environment. The role includes loading and protecting customer products, programming banding software, maintaining dunnage inventories, troubleshooting equipment, monitoring output quality, and communicating repairs to maintenance or supervisors. A high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and willingness to work overtime are required; packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred. The position pays $20.56 per hour and includes vacation, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) benefits.
