Description
The Packaging Production Operator prepares corrugated packaging machinery for production runs, monitors and troubleshoots running orders, follows safety and OSHA requirements, checks product quality, maintains stacks and bale tags, and performs preventive maintenance and housekeeping. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic instruction comprehension, overtime availability, U.S. work authorization, and one year of verifiable work history; packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred. Compensation is $23.59 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation and holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
