Description
Quad is hiring a Packaging Production Supervisor to lead a second-shift team in its Spartanburg, South Carolina facility. The role manages production priorities, staffing, equipment, workflow, safety, quality, productivity, and on-time performance; resolves production issues; partners with maintenance, quality, and other teams; and drives continuous improvement and waste reduction. Candidates need at least three years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience, packaging, printing, converting, or folding-carton manufacturing experience, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and English communication skills. The position runs Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., offers competitive compensation, and provides paid relocation assistance.
