Description
Oura is hiring a Packaging Program Manager to lead end-to-end packaging programs for new product introductions, special editions, and sustaining changes. The role manages cross-functional execution from concept through mass production, including schedules, milestones, technical deliverables, validation, tooling, supplier readiness, regulatory and sustainability requirements, and launch readiness. It requires at least seven years of program management or packaging program management experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or related physical product environments, and is based in San Francisco with health, dental, vision, equity, paid time off, and other benefits.
