PetCom is hiring a Packaging Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in Minden. The role manages and schedules shift personnel, plans attendance and capacity, monitors production parameters, improves processes, maintains quality, operates and reconfigures packaging equipment, monitors inventory, and maintains machinery. Candidates need vocational training as a machine setup technician for packaging equipment or a comparable qualification, further technician or master-craftsperson qualification is desirable, and leadership experience is required.
