Description
The Packaging Engineer supports, optimizes, and implements packaging processes and systems in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturing environments. The role covers packaging operations, equipment qualification, validations, commissioning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, equipment installations, process improvements, serialization and vision inspection systems, and GMP, FDA, and ISO compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least three years of experience in packaging or manufacturing engineering within a regulated industry.
