Wback GmbH is hiring a Packaging Staff (Production Assistant) with Deputy Function for the Machine Operator at its Leipheim site. The role involves sorting and packaging products, monitoring production and quality, performing mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting packaging equipment, and acting as a substitute for the machine operator. Candidates should ideally have machine or plant operator, food-technology, or baker training, or a technical apprenticeship, with initial experience in industrial food-production systems preferred; training is provided if needed. The position offers a four-shift schedule and collective-agreement compensation starting at €21.35 gross per hour.
