Description
The Packaging Supervisor will lead the packaging department of a food-processing company, starting and supervising the packaging process, coordinating and motivating the team, monitoring quality, hygiene, and safety, resolving operational issues, checking packaging orders, coordinating with production planning and storage, and supporting MES and ERP rollout. The role reports to the production manager and requires production experience, preferably in the food sector, technical knowledge, strong team coordination, English fluency, computer proficiency, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule.
