Description
The Packaging Supervisor owns finished-goods packaging and bulk inventory management for flower SKUs, including daily packaging runs, label and lot-code verification, state-compliant labeling, inventory reconciliation, packaging-room sanitation, material inventory, and KPI tracking. The role coordinates with Fulfillment and directly supervises 4–6 packaging production technicians, requiring at least three years of cannabis or regulated CPG packaging experience, one year of supervisory experience, knowledge of cannabis labeling requirements, and a Kentucky cannabis agent background check.
