Description
Organon is hiring one Project Packaging Support Technician (FTC) for a 24-month fixed-term contract on its global capital project to build a new facility and install multiple high-speed blister packaging lines. The role supports equipment fault finding, maintenance, qualification, validation, FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ/PV activities, change control, cGMP documentation, vendor and contractor support, and mentoring of operators. Candidates need a strong packaging operations background, a technical qualification or relevant experience, and experience with technical transfers, equipment qualification, or process validation.
