The Packaging Systems Operator independently sets up and operates vertical pillow bag machines, carton machines, and portioning combination scales; performs maintenance and preventive maintenance; adjusts thermal transfer printing systems; coordinates logistics; and operates a forklift for in-house transport. The role requires technical understanding, manual dexterity, shift work, independence, reliability, teamwork, and above-average commitment, with a forklift license advantageous.
