Description
The Production Technician supports and leads daily packaging of liquid hard cider into bottles, cans, and keg packages; operates packaging machinery; cleans and sanitizes packaging areas and equipment; maintains safety, quality, inventory, and production-volume standards; and collaborates with production departments. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, production-line experience, beverage or canning knowledge preferred, mechanical aptitude, safety knowledge, and availability for nights and weekends.
