Description
Reporting to the Packaging-Shipping workshop manager, this supervisory role implements daily packaging programs, adapts them to unforeseen circumstances, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, traceability, and lead-time standards. The role supports driver and operator onboarding and skill development, manages shift handovers and daily stand-ups, and contributes to continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives. It follows a 3-shift/8-hour schedule on a site operating seven days per week.
