Kepak Group is hiring a Packing Chargehand for its Aberdeen facility to oversee packing operations in a high-volume food processing and meat manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maintaining health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards; supporting production planning and resource control; ensuring product suitability for packaging; managing waste and housekeeping; and contributing to team training and development. The position requires prior leadership experience in food production or meat processing, Food Safety certification, and the ability to work early starts in a chilled environment in the United Kingdom.
