Description
The Warehouse Supervisor leads and optimizes a warehouse team responsible for inbound and outbound shipping, packing, picking, and related all-inbound operations. Responsibilities include training agents, prioritizing work, reporting attendance and productivity, troubleshooting exceptions, testing process improvements, benchmarking employees, ordering supplies, and coordinating with inbound and outbound teams. The role requires at least two years of warehouse, packaging, and large-group leadership experience, bilingual Spanish and English communication, computer literacy with Excel, Word, and email, and experience with a WMS system.
