Description
The PL&W Supervisor manages and monitors product quality, safety, sanitation, inventory, reporting, and productivity across the packing, loading, bulk-flour, feed-truck, and warehouse operations. The role coordinates shipping activities, directs employees, maintains GMP, HACCP, food-safety, maintenance, and sanitation programs, prepares inventory and truck reports, and operates the departments within budget. Candidates need an A.A. degree or three years of similar experience, computer and basic math skills, English communication and reporting ability, mechanical troubleshooting ability, and availability for on-call work seven days a week.
