Description
The PACS Support Specialist assists with the operation and maintenance of Diagnostic Imaging Picture Archiving and Communications systems at Sutter Roseville Med Center and affiliated facilities. Responsibilities include daily system maintenance, basic technical support, triage and troubleshooting, training customers and staff, and monitoring data quality, efficiency, operation, and integrity. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, recent relevant experience, basic computer and medical knowledge, problem-resolution skills, and the ability to handle patient or family contact confidentially. It is a varied per-diem/casual position with an 8-hour shift, weekend work once per month, and no benefits.
