PACT Supervisor at Lifeline Connections

Lifeline Connections is hiring a PACT Program Clinical Supervisor to establish, administer, and supervise an Assertive Community Treatment team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The role combines clinical practice, multidisciplinary team supervision, scheduling, community outreach, client recruitment and screening, treatment planning, crisis coordination, and staff development. It requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, Washington licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, strong experience with severe mental illness and empirically-based psychotherapies, and a valid Washington driver’s license. The position pays $36.00–$39.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
