The role involves loading and testing computer programs, adjusting machine feeds, speeds, and axes, inspecting parts, replacing tools and machine components, maintaining oil and coolant levels, recording production data, and participating in lean manufacturing activities. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, three years of experience or equivalent, metalworking or metal removal experience, CNC or metalworking/tooling certification, basic math and English skills, and proficiency with measurement tools, blueprints, and ink chemistry.
