People Creating Success is hiring a Direct Support Professional / Personal Attendant for adults with developmental disabilities in Santa Barbara and Goleta. The role supports daily living, independence, community participation, personal care, and person-centered care planning, with flexible morning, evening, and overnight shifts. Compensation is $20.25 per hour for part-time and full-time employment, with mileage reimbursement, a cell phone stipend, and health care benefits and paid time off available after transitioning to full-time employment.
