Description
Prose is hiring a Paid Acquisition Manager to own paid acquisition strategy across Meta and AppLovin, build Pinterest and TikTok channels, and grow new customers for its haircare and skincare businesses. The role includes hands-on campaign management, measurement, reporting, A/B testing, creative collaboration, media-partner management, and coaching a Paid Social Associate. It requires at least four years of paid acquisition or growth marketing experience, including Meta Ads Manager and purchase- or value-optimized campaign experience, plus app or programmatic-channel experience. The position is based in Williamsburg, New York, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $130,000 annually plus discretionary bonus and equity.
